Vial size and water in, syringe measurement out. It converts the amount you choose into a mark on the barrel — nothing more.
GLP-1 compounds are dosed in milligrams and titrated upward over months under medical supervision. Miscalculated doses of compounded GLP-1s have caused documented harm, including hospitalisations. The range shown is what is commonly reported in community use — deliberately below prescription maintenance labels — and is a reference, not a protocol.

On syringe sizes: 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1.0 mL barrels — often called 30, 50 and 100 unit syringes — are all U-100 calibrated. One unit is 0.01 mL on every one of them; only the barrel length and the number of marks differ. There is no "U-50" concentration. U-40 is a genuinely different calibration used for some veterinary insulin — reading a U-40 syringe as though it were U-100 delivers 2.5× the intended volume.
Education only. This page is educational. Most compounds referenced are not approved for human use, and a "research use only" label carries no legal status of its own.
Arithmetic, not advice. This calculator performs unit-conversion arithmetic on figures you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a quantity, or a method of administration.
Reference ranges. Any amounts shown are values commonly reported in published research and community protocols, provided for reference only. They are not medical recommendations, and reported does not mean established, safe, or effective.
Not medical advice. Nothing here constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any protocol.
