CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin reconstitution calculator.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin is the classic growth-hormone-secretagogue pairing, sold premixed in a single 10 mg vial — 5 mg of each. The blend is reconstituted and measured as one solution, and because the mix is 1:1, every draw contains both peptides in equal amounts. Community protocols commonly report 100–300 mcg of each peptide per injection, so 200–600 mcg of total blend, with 100/100 the usual starting point — commonly at night on an empty stomach. Those are reported figures, not recommendations; no established human dose exists for either compound. The table below shows the concentration each water volume produces, and the calculator converts total-blend amounts into syringe marks.

Concentration = vial contents ÷ water added. It is the same compound at every volume — more water only means a weaker solution, larger syringe marks that are easier to read, and a larger injection volume. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, one unit is 0.01 mL at any barrel size.

Education only. This page is educational. Most compounds referenced are not approved for human use, and a "research use only" label carries no legal status of its own.

Arithmetic, not advice. The calculator performs unit-conversion arithmetic on figures you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a quantity, or a method of administration.

Reference ranges. Any amounts mentioned are values commonly reported in published research and community protocols, provided for reference only. Reported does not mean established, safe, or effective.
