GHK-Cu reconstitution calculator.

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for collagen and elastin synthesis, skin firmness and tissue regeneration. One honest caveat before any numbers: the human clinical evidence for GHK-Cu is topical. The injectable figure — commonly reported at 1–2 mg per day, usually in 4–8 week cycles — is a community convention, not a trial result, and it is quoted here only as what is reported. The 50 mg vial is large by peptide standards, which is why more water is the usual choice. The table below shows the concentration each water volume produces, and the calculator converts any amount into a mark on an insulin syringe. Arithmetic only.

Concentration = vial contents ÷ water added. It is the same compound at every volume — more water only means a weaker solution, larger syringe marks that are easier to read, and a larger injection volume. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, one unit is 0.01 mL at any barrel size.

Education only. This page is educational. Most compounds referenced are not approved for human use, and a "research use only" label carries no legal status of its own.

Arithmetic, not advice. The calculator performs unit-conversion arithmetic on figures you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a quantity, or a method of administration.

Reference ranges. Any amounts mentioned are values commonly reported in published research and community protocols, provided for reference only. Reported does not mean established, safe, or effective.
