Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue — a pentapeptide studied for prompting GH release without much effect on cortisol or appetite, which is why it turns up so often alongside CJC-1295. The evidence in humans is thin; no established dose exists. Community protocols commonly report 100–300 mcg per dose, and that reported range is the only figure this page will quote. The 5 mg vial arrives as freeze-dried powder and has to be reconstituted in bacteriostatic water before a syringe reading means anything. Below, the arithmetic for each water volume, and a calculator that converts vial, water and amount into units on the barrel. It recommends nothing.
Open the Ipamorelin calculator →| Concentration | 1 mL water | 2 mL water | 3 mL water | 5 mL water |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg vial | 5,000 mcg/mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 1,667 mcg/mL | 1,000 mcg/mL |
Concentration = vial contents ÷ water added. It is the same compound at every volume — more water only means a weaker solution, larger syringe marks that are easier to read, and a larger injection volume. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, one unit is 0.01 mL at any barrel size.

Arithmetic, not advice. The calculator performs unit-conversion arithmetic on figures you enter. It does not recommend a dose, a quantity, or a method of administration.
Reference ranges. Any amounts mentioned are values commonly reported in published research and community protocols, provided for reference only. Reported does not mean established, safe, or effective.
