KLOW is a four-compound blend in a single 80 mg vial: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg. Like every premixed blend it is reconstituted and measured as one solution — the ratio is fixed, so the water volume changes only how large the injection is, never what is in it. Community protocols commonly report 2–4 mg of total blend per dose: 4 mg while loading — roughly 2.5 mg GHK-Cu and 500 mcg each of KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 — stepping down to 2 mg for maintenance. Reported figures only. The table below runs the concentration arithmetic; the calculator adds the per-component breakdown.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 80 mg vial | 80,000 mcg/mL | 40,000 mcg/mL | 26,667 mcg/mL | 16,000 mcg/mL |
Concentration = vial contents ÷ water added. It is the same compound at every volume — more water only means a weaker solution, larger syringe marks that are easier to read, and a larger injection volume. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, one unit is 0.01 mL at any barrel size.
